Dawn Karoscik is a SPEP™ Implementation Specialist at EPIS. Her role at EPIS will be to support Pennsylvania’s Juvenile Justice System Enhancement Strategy (JJSES) by administering the Standardized Program Evaluation Protocol (SPEP™) to services offered statewide to juvenile justice involved youth. Dawn completed her Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University of Sacramento and her Masters of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Shippensburg University. Dawn has 8 ½ years of experience as a Juvenile Probation Officer that included supervision of an intensive caseload. She was directly responsible for contributing to the expansion of community based programs and is excited to continue working toward the efforts of providing the best level of care and services to juveniles throughout the state.
