Operationalizing Successful Sustainability Learning Center
The simple definition of sustainability is “the ability to be maintained at a certain rate or level;" however, the process of sustainability is far from simple. Sustainability for today’s social sector organizations and coalitions includes the concepts of financial sustainability, leadership succession planning, staffing and volunteer management, organization adaptability, and overall strategic planning that addresses, among other items, an organization’s systems and processes.
The OSS Learning Center is the perfect stop for state-level policy makers, county leadership, local human services providers and coalitions of all types that are interested in learning more about the most effective methods for organizational sustainability.
